Building an pseudo-code in order to form a future emerging neighborhood. The purpose is to preserve the humane and neighbor-friendly based forming, which may restrict the entrepreneurs and project developers.

Existing Typology of parasites in the old city and the 60's blocks.
Exploring the building types and arrangement found in the old city and at the British mandate grid, looking for the "source code" of the city. Parasitic pirate extensions are evident and serves the local community needs, working as an down-up self planning.
